Operations Manager collects delay information automatically from
the plant. The operator need only "touch" the screen to identify
the area and reason.
Delay information is stored in the Operations Manager central
database for online management reporting. Unique graphical
analysis
and drill-down screens enable quick viewing of delay data in a
variety of different formats. Double-click on a specific bar in a
bar chart, or pie slice in a pie chart of you will be taken down
through the levels of summarized and detailed information to more
easily identify where you are loosing time and where your common
problems are.
