Operations Manager comes as a 2 stage system:

• A touch screen based real-time system for collecting and displaying live production data
• A manangement reporting system for analysis of delays and plant performance variables

The system collects data from the plant via a PLC which in most cases is supplied with the installation along with an industrialized touch screen PC.

Information is collected by the remote plant based PC's and then, at regularly intervals, uploaded to the central management database.
